acl8 — Although I didn’t take nearly as many pictures as I usually do, I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed ACL. After returning, I honestly felt like I’d just got back from vacation. I had the best time and I’m so grateful that I had the opportunity to go for a second time.

acl6 — If you know me at all, you know that I LOVE music. I love talking about music, listening to music, and most importantly – connecting with others through music. I really treasure music and my favorite artists. I have so many memories and emotions wrapped up in the words and sounds of my favorite songs. Many moments or seasons in my life are defined by certain songs and/or albums, so I love attending concerts and festivals.

Singing your favorite songs aloud in the shower is one thing, but singing your favorite songs aloud with thousands of others people is so incredible. I really do think that any lover of music should get the chance to experience a music festival. The energy of the crowd is insane and its such a crazy atmosphere to be in.

acl1 — Also, if you know me at all, you know I absolutely adore Drake. Of course his set was incredible, and it was awesome to see how his performances and stage presence has changed over the years. His set was so special, because I was constantly taken back to moments and people in my life that are marked by an album or song of his . And quite frankly, he had the best performance. So, theres that. Abel(The Weekend) has also been one of my favorite artists for the past 4 years and he absolutely killed it. He hit every note and actually sounded 10x better live than he does on his album, which is unheard of for most singers. I was in complete awe of his vocal performance and the energy he brought, despite his songs being a bit slower. I’d see him again in a heartbeat.
