I hope everyone had great weekend! Mine was pretty relaxing and enjoyable. I’ve gotta busy week ahead and I’m ready to knock everything out before I head to NOLA for Mardigras. This will be my 2nd time to NOLA. I went years ago to help rebuild homes after Katrina, and this time I’ll be back for a very different experience. Ha, I cant wait!

This outfit consist of my 2 current favorite items from my closet right now – this leather jacket & boyfriend jeans. A good quality leather jacket is essential in the winter-time, because its so versatile. I dressed this look up a bit by adding heels, but I could have easily worn some converse or sneakers with it. Leather jackets can also be paired with a simple white tee or a nicer blouse. It can be worn in so many ways. I’d been looking for a nice leather jacket for a while and I suprisinly found this one(vegan/faux leather) at AE for around $30. I couldn’t pass it up!

These BF jeans are also from AE and they’re the most comfortable pants that I own. Oh & I also got this pair for around $15! I prefer my jeans to have rips because that adds so much more character, so I’m loving these. I would wear these everyday if I could. I also recently discovered the wonders of a white tee. It’s so important to have a good quality white tee because it can literally go with ANYTHING.
