It’s humpday! Thanks to a long weekend, this week is going to go by pretty quickly. I spent my July 4th weekend back in Houston with friends and family. Its always so nice to go ‘home’. I haven’t always loved Houston, but having all of my loved ones in one place is such a blessing. Since I grew up in the suburbs, I try to make an effort to explore central Houston when I return – basically playing tourist. These pictures were taken at the Houston Water Wall near the Galleria. I remember my dad taking us here when we were younger, so it always feels nice to return to familiar beginnings.
Grabbed some donuts about 15 min. down the road from Glazed! – Houston’s first locally owned doughnut cafe! I thought these might be a bit too sweet, but Everything was SO good! They’re even open 24 hours on the weekends for those late night cravings! Yes, please.
